Redesign

These are the changes for the redesign. Also, the PCC for the red shock absorbers
and the DBG Bar 4Ls were updated in the booklets.

Step 490 (new version page 275, this is a new step introduced)

Step 552,553,555,556 (new version pages 302,303,305,306, these are new steps
introduced)
The removal and addition of two parts 43093 cancel each other out.
