So I asked a seller to cancel an order and they did (Its now set to canceled
) But I didn't get a refund. Does that happen automatically after a few days
or do I need to recontact them to ask what's up?

There is a notice on the seller end when we process refunds that it can take
a few days, but from my experience (only with partial refunds for overpaid shipping)
it takes a few hours. When did they cancel the order?

Okay
Last Night. I bought the wrong thing and emailed them , and they canceled it
no issue. I Had bought 2 things and canceled them both but one guy instant refunded
me and the other hasn't issued a refund.

Mmmmmh if it's paid PayPal or Stripe onsite you can see in your order if
it's been refunded or not.

I'm not sure to understand?
Example (as the buyer):
I have just partially refunded Stripe ( 30 euros ). However I find it very disconcerting
the ORDER TOTAL is not diminished ?? This means I am getting ripped off by BL,
because they still take 3% on the whole, not what was End Reality ? Also this
will count towards my OSS so not very amused ? Plus I have to adjust my stock
manually, since it was a mistake, not a question of not having enough items ?

You may have lost 1€ ? Just forget it, or include it in your seller's
costs, like other costs like lost not insured shipments, etc.
You've to learn and take decisions on how you want to manage your business,
prices and costs, the relationship with the buyers, long time goals etc.
