Hi,

Does BL know it was paid?  Was it an Onsite payment?  Were there taxes (that
BL had to collect)?

If there was taxes involved, you need to refund and ask the buyer to use the
Pay button on BL.  Otherwise that’s tax fraud (for both of you): https://www.bricklink.com/message.asp?ID=1401495

If there was no taxes but it was an Onsite payment that was not paid Onsite,
you need to change its payment method first.
