Wahrscheinlich hast du die Bestellung nicht bezahlt. Bei erfolgreichem NPB gegen
den Käufer kann dieser nicht mehr bewerten.

Is it the order where you didn't pay, and a non-paying buyer warning was
made?

You cannot leave a feedback on a transaction where you were sanctonned for a
NPB.
