I use the order summary to lay parts out and take pictures so I have proof that
parts were picked and counted correctly I would like to have the ability to adjust
column size but not necessarily on all orders. I then put the order summary
in the package so buyers can check their order without being next to a computer.

It depends on the printer and the driver you have. Hit control P, choose your
printer and play with the settings. Ideally there should be an option where you
can specify the number of pages per sheet.
