Is there a condition guide some where on bricklink? Tips on listing when there
may be condition issues, damage, dings, dents, cracks etc.?

There is no way to select a condition other than used or new. Condition issues
should be noted by the seller in the comments section.

But if you're asking if there is a way to list something as, used: good,
used: poor, there is no such feature and is up to the seller's discretion
to list it in the comments (or upload their own picture for the item so that
any damage is clear).
