The b) versions are older than the (current) a) versions.
Shouldn't thus the older versions be renumbered to 4738a/4739a and current
4738a/4739a be renumbered to 4738b/4739b?
(Same with 2739a and 2739b technic links, by the way; and I seem to remember
a few other parts suffering from this and reckon this is a known issue, if an
issue at all, but seems odd at least.)

The above cases are just side effects of the history of some variant splits on
BrickLink. In the past, the site deemed that it was unimportant to fix them since
it would basically mean redefining the entries and a lot of issues might occur
similar to what is being seen in the current variant project.
