I am awaiting feedback on an order I placed 2 months ago. I left feedback for
their store, and haven’t recieved any on my end. I sent the store a message about
it, and didn’t hear back. I noticed on their account that they have left feedback
for orders inbetween mine, mine is the only order without feedback. I don’t want
to message again in fear of annoying them and they leave negative feedback because
of that. I take pride in having a 100% positive rate as a buyer, and I assume
it helps stores narrow down problematic accounts. I was under the impression
feedback is required on site but am now learning it’s optional. What would be
my best option? Message them? Ignore it? Any help is appreciated. Thank you for

feedback is 100% optional for both buyers and sellers. many buyers and many sellers
will never leave feedback, others leave it in different ways such as once a month
they leave feedback in a big batch.
I wouldn't recommend contacting sellers against it as if you message the
wrong seller on a bad day they may leave negative. luckily as a buyer so long
as your feedback is above 0 then there usually isn't any issues with buying
(except for the occasional cases where sellers will write something like "only
selling to buying with more then 100 feedback all other orders are canceled"
for an expensive item or something but that this rare

As a seller, I can't see how many purchases you have made, only your reported
feedback, so you still look 100% to me. Just let the feedback from that transaction
go, it is optional on both sides, abet appreciated.
If the seller hasn't left feedback for you but has left it for others, then
either they have forgotten or there was an issue for them. If they don't
respond after you asked them, it is less likely they forgot.
If feedback is important to you, avoid the store in future.

I appreciate the responses. For clarity, the follow up message I sent the store
was a week after my order arrived when I had time to go through the package,
I marked as completed and posted feedback the day it arrived - about a 10 day
span. I ordered a complete minifigure, and instead recieved the correct head
and hair, but the wrong torso and pants. The torso and pants were swapped with
another minifigs parts from the same set. I messaged the store to let them know
so they avoid future issues, and that I’m still a happy customer and my feedback
will stay positive. That’s when I noticed feedback hadn’t been left for my side
yet. It’s been a month since. I was surprised that I didn’t recieve a reply to
that message, that’s what all stemmed this post. I wanted a second opinion on
how this should be handled. My first choice is to keep my postive feedback for
them, and move on and forget about this. I personally look for stores with good
feedback, and take pride in my own as it allows stores to see who they are dealing
with. Thank you to everyone who answered my question. I will avoid that store
in the future. To anyone who will see this - try and leave feedback when you
can. It may not seem like much, but I believe it’s one of the most important
factors that keeps this site such a great place to order from safely. Thank you
