I am a small Store and I wanted to ask if I must assure my Orders or offer
assurenc and Tracking in my Shipping settings?
What if the buyer doesn´t get the Package? Do I have to refund him the money?

Insurance is for you, not the buyer.

You've a Shop, you're a professional.
Yes, you've to refund money to the buyer (EU Laws).

It's then your decision in invoice for insurance, or give it for free; it's
your problem.
