| I am Japanese
Please forgive me because I'm not good at English.
A screenshot of the MOC created in studio
Is it against the rules to create and sell manga works?

I don't think there's this kind of limitation to Studio usage.
But of course, LEGO or BrickLink aren't responsible of what you're doing
or can't do; it's "AS IS".
But the most important point is the Manga you're about to create and sell,
like characters, are they invented and have no Intellectual Property?
Otherwise, please note the proper Studio forum is:

thank you for your reply.
The content of the work is my original work.
This is not a derivative work.
The same goes for the characters that appear.
One thing to be concerned about is that since parts from the Bionicle and Hero
Factory series are used, the designs of those parts themselves may have intellectual
property rights.
I have attached an image as an example.
The armor on the shoulders, chest, and arms are from the Hero Factory series.
Does the armor design itself have copyright or intellectual property rights?

I think it is fine. It is allowed to build a MOC out of LEGO pieces and to sell
the MOC (or instructions to build it) even if the LEGO pieces themselves are
the intellectual property of the LEGO Group.
It is like an artist making a painting. Even if the paint used by the artist
is the intellectual property of the paint company, it is okay to sell the painting.
