HIHI

I have received 2 orders from different USA buyers (they both have orders in
my shop before)

After sending invoice over 1 week and still not pay and no communications.

Did anyone know what happened? or due to heavy snow in USA?

What can i do?

step 1 file a NPB if they haven't responded within the time limit for that
(cant remember if its 7 or 14 days).
step 2 try to setup instant checkout to prevent issues like this in the future.
spending a couple of hours now getting it all setup can increase orders and prevent
NPB

and i can trying to setup instant checkout and calculate the package weight range.


But i want to know as each country have different shipping cost, that means there
will have so many country list in the rate chart?

its 100% worth it. i set it up for all the countries in the below picture and
since then I've gotten a very large increase in international orders.

Yes I think that is the other option for setting it up but it may be good to
test it with a test account

I’d definitely go hunt down and kidnap their 1st born child!! I’m jk, I’m like
3-4months new. This was a pain for me to figure out. I have problems with ordering
from PayPall, but if they’re not communicating. That’s on them. Someone might
want that item. Unless $100+ Did they leave a number?
