sounds like the sellers accidentally included them in your order. I'd reach
out to the seller and let them know as they might be another customer's and
this will give the seller a heads up to try and solve the solution. they may
let you keep the parts or may ask you to send them to the buyer and give you
a shipping label.

The parts were on the invoice generated by BrickLink,
It also shows on the order page,
The strange thing is I never added these items to my cart,
As I used the automatic buy all function from the wanted list

Is it possible you had an old cart created for that store with those items and
they added to your easy buy?

No I always clear my Carys before generating a new order,
Some of the extra parts are parts I've never even looked at before

Can now confirm it is a major issue on bricklinks side in one way or another,
here is a video that shows that the order and invoice on the orders section of
the site is different to the one in the section where you add orders to the wanted
list

It’s not very clear but you seem to have part in the special colour “Not Applicable.”
That colour means “any colour” in a Wanted List.
The algo will then pick a lot that matches the mould, in (supposedly¹) a cheap
colour.

———
¹ Supposedly: I don’t know if that was ever fixed/changed but the tests I made
a few months ago for another discussion showed that it was not the cheapest colour
in the store it was picked from.

If that is the case I take it back,
I used an auto generated list from an xml provided with a moc

No harm done

Some authors do that (I do; and Rebrickable makes that easy to do) so you can
use any colour for hidden parts.

The problem, both for buying and building, is then that:
1. You, the buyer, first need to know about it.
2. Instructions obviously use some colour… and you then may have trouble matching
the parts you have and the parts you need.

Video doesn't prove anything.

I've never heard anything about "BrickLink" adding "random"
parts to an order.

That may be a wanted-list confusion, someone else at home using your account,
some kind of human error somewhere - sorry to say.

You said some parts were in another Wanted-Lists of yours.

The red bricks could've been sitting in a shop cart for 2 years (they're
kept forever). Or as SylvainXML said, a color derived from "Not applicable".

You can't clear "the" cart on your side; there's one cart per
shop - I had up to hundreds carts.

Don't use "Buy all", and use BrickStore to manage all this

In short, I don't think it's BrickLink which "added".

I've never heard anything about "BrickLink" adding "random"

+1 for me it’s only ever removing parts I recorded a video showing me choosing
a qty of a part but it then automatically is lowered by 1 almost every time for
some reason. It goes from 2 to 1, 1 to 0, and similar it’s really annoying

There is an antidote that can reverse the damage, it’s known as Mustard and comes
in a variety of brands.

Yes - guy scrolls down using the scroll wheel and Opera or such sh^^y browser
uses the scroll wheel change to increase/decrease a number in a numeric field.

In short, you type 1, go down, then it's zero

I've never heard anything about "BrickLink" adding "random"
parts to an order.

+1 for me it’s only ever removing parts I recorded a video showing me choosing
a qty of a part but it then automatically is lowered by 1 almost every time for
some reason. It goes from 2 to 1, 1 to 0, and similar it’s really annoying

As 1001bricks pointed out it turns out it’s likely due to default browser scroll
things

Yes - guy scrolls down using the scroll wheel and Opera or such sh^^y browser
uses the scroll wheel change to increase/decrease a number in a numeric field.

In short, you type 1, go down, then it's zero

Which I somehow missed since it was super inconsistent. It didn’t happen every
time it should and did happen some times it shouldnt
