Hi all i need help

I try to buy from a store and i get this message:


PayPal error
We encountered PayPal API error while processing your payment. Please check your
order or payment status and try it again.
CAPTURE VOIDED

But i have no issue with my Paypal. What can be wrong? is it the store ?

AFAIK, we don't know much about this - but it doesn't seem to be frequent
and could depend the Shop, maybe its settings or just bad luck for the seller?

No clue, sorry.

I'll try to check/help normally tomorrow another shop which has the problem
(helping the seller on distance), I'll tell if we could fix it.

Wow - I just encountered the problem while trying to buy a couple Minifigures
in another French shop!

Retried 15 minutes later, same error message and e-mail from PayPal.
But could order the same items in another shop, same PayPal payment, worked well.

It seems some shops have this.

When these arise in the forum I say to wait a few hours or the next day to retry,
they don't post anymore replies after that...

Just checked, still happens after a week in the same French shop.
I try to debug this with them today (normally).

The only time I ever received an error like that is when I was making a large
number of orders for a MOC at the same time and my credit card (through Paypal)
pushed back against me because I had too many Paypal transactions at the same
time. I called them and they released the hold, and it started working again.
