Someone bought from me minifigure and after order was paid he want me to change
delivery address, but how to change it on GST which I need to add to package.
Can I just write note and add it on this receipt that address was changed? Is
id number for GST generated by bricklink is important? Did someone have similar
situation? Thanks for any help 😊

1. if he paid with Paypal, only send it to the address stored with Paypal. Otherwise
you will lose your seller protection.
2. as long as the changed address remains within a state or, as in the USA for
example, within a federal state, it does not matter. If this is not the case,
the taxes / duties may have been calculated incorrectly. That would then be tax
fraud.

Actually, for the USA, taxes are very local: down to the county and town level.
AFAIU, they depend on the ZIP / postal code.
