| I am looking at the ID card of a member. The member has been on site slightly
more than 3 years. Thus far, they have racked up 189 negatives and 152 neutrals.
Their selling privileges are still green/intact. There is some evidence (based
on contra-feedback from another member) that they may have been suspended at
some point. Did they not solve the reasons that triggered all those negatives,
or only the ones that got them suspended ?
Obviously the information is there for a buyer to see, but how many check FB
and how many just hit Easy Buy ?

A shop is public, please name.
I don't know how to and/or too lazy to find.

Of course you know the reply.
The NRS/NSS are "blocking", the non positives aren't (mainly).
So they can get 500 non positives if they avoid or correct the NRS/NSS.

Much more, the FB rate in shop may appear as say 92% or 95%: a new buyer will
still think it's good, as being close to 100% 
There definitely something to do about this, and the Feedback system.

They are at the top of the list when it comes to sales at the moment. That trumps
everything else 
Surprised when I saw that because I've never heard a bad thing and even send
my customers to them sometimes.

That's the point I was talking about.
A newbie will see 95.1% and will think:
"I'm safe, close to 100% - some other buyers may be too picky".
The first shop should get 40% or such.
Or a plain new system, like:

| zoom in to last 75 days where a lone red is in store 2 while situation is now
critical for store 1
the 95% number seems so disconnected with reality now.
