The part is included in the instruction list.

Part 85861 doesn't exist in Trans-Pink, and that color was retired long before
this set was released. If you meant to add the part in yellow, please read the
note on the inventory:

"There are at least 2 different versions of instructions for this set. The
differences for the second version are indicated in this inventory in the Alternate
Items section with Match ID 99.

Quick overview of redesign: The yellow 1 x 1 cone at the end of the fire hose
is inverted so the large end is pointing out. A yellow 1 x 1 round plate with
hole is added to the large end of the cone to hold the water plume."

So this request will be rejected.
