I got 2 version of flounder (little mermaid)(15679pb01) and got different set
of eyes. Is the set 43207 contains the latest version?

Yes, it seems there are two versions, and it seems that the newest version only
comes in
 
Set No: 43207 Name: Ariel's Underwater Palace

Sets: Disney: Disney Princess: The Little Mermaid

Since this is something that needs to be fixed, I have moved this to a Catalog
Request so that we can split the current entry into new ones.
