Seriously, if you mean to send via your Store Mailing List; then the simple answer
is concise, meaningful and periodical. You want your followers to look forward
to getting your "news letter"

Make sure it's not going to get stuck in a spam filter.

I've seen good and well written mail that gets stuck in a spam folder because
of one word or because it's too repetitive or too similar to spam. If you
want to send someone a news letter make it so they have to ask just to receive
one from your store. make sure they know to check for it in their spam filter,
before the filter permanently deletes it after the recipient fails to notice
it.

E-Books could be written about how to avoid a spam filter ... and might end up
in some spam filter for being too repetitive.
