Just a quick survey; if you don't mind responding
When you buy from a store, are you typically searching for figures, and if so
- do you ever buy damaged figures?
or
Do you prefer only to buy Minifigure parts to complete a figure occasionally?
In addition, do you typically search for a specific figure, or do you wish list
items?

I buy both. Sometimes I buy parts or damaged figures to complete existing figures,
sometimes to create custom figures. I normally prefer parts over damaged figures
though.
It is good to have a stock of both where possible.
