Backlog form the helpdesk is 3-4 weeks rights now so unfortunately take a while

Backlog form the helpdesk is 3-4 weeks rights now so unfortunately take a while

I've been waiting 5 weeks for one now, can't wait to get rid of it!

Hopefully they get to it soon! Just make sure you sent either proof of shipping
or proof of the refund

your message responses often say this. The breach was on November 3rd, I would
think they're caught up from that by now.

I say this as everyone who hasn’t received a response from the help desk ranges
up to 4 weeks for the most part and it was confirmed not to long ago there was
indeed a backlog so until the waiting time posts slow down I’m assuming it’s
like this just like it was before the help desk upgrade

I've noticed it's hard (up to impossible) to understand the others'
job or difficulties.
See: as a seller, do you think buyers realize what we do for them (and a bit
for us also), but maybe 7/365?
No - I mean not my buyers anyway.
