I would like to suggest we delete any Bad/neutral feedback from 2020. I have
4 bad feedback and they where in 2020 due to delay in service with USPS. This
should not be Sellers fault. This would help all Sellers if we delete ALL Neutral
feedback and Negative feedback from 2020. I care about my customers and appreciate
having positive feedback to help build my store percentage.
This would seem to help every seller who's been open since pre-2020 the equivalent
amount on average, but benefiting sellers selectively based on luck of when they
got their neutrals. In your case, you'd benefit disproportionately since
only 1 of your 5 neutrals and complaints from 2020 seems to be a USPS problem.

If you want to get rid of negative and neutrals from long ago, you should lose
the positives too. That is essentially what the feedback by date summary does.
