At least New York City is actually located within New York State (and New York
County is located within New York City). Washington, D.C. and Washington state
are located on opposite coasts.

into our PO lobby dropbox." ...--? the package won't be procesed
by the post office until Tuesday afternoon. so beginning start date of 'delivery'
will be on the 16th..
question: are the rules of 'declared delivery' pertaining to the PO declaring
it delivered or the buyer declaring it delivered?
so if it won't be processed until the 16th & if the rules of Declared Delivery
are adherred to the PO declaring it delivered,
i will shoot for -- January 24th , 1:22pm

Nope it’s pretty consistent over here, slight drop off but my average amount
is still pretty steady. But since you have a smaller store and don’t add new
inventory often sales will continue to slow down unless you add more then you
sell

Guess the USPS declared delivered time and date, of one of our packages dropped
off this morning at our PO. Closest wins
The package was placed this morning with acceptance scan into our PO lobby dropbox.
It's traveling from Washington to New York USPS Ground Advantage.
I will post the actual USPS tracking info/documentation for confirmation of winner,
once delivered.

- Looking for the time and date of declared delivery.
