| I have a customer who received her order. She ordered parts listed undetermined
type. she received 1 of each type of piece. She placed a NSS on her order.
This goes against me. Who do I contact to get this off?

Is that a low value like 20 cents or a dollar?
Refund both parts and move on, it's not worth a 3 weeks fights, IMO.
If refunded, the NSS will be removed.

| Send proof of shipping to bricklink. They have a backlog right now but once they
get to it (currently like 3-4 weeks) they will remove (or if completed presumably
undo) the nss

Can you walk me through how to report send proof of shipment to Bricklink?

head but either through the problem page on the order or through the help desk

Just post the link of the tracking (or to an image of the tracking like on imgur?)
in the NSS page where you can discuss with the buyer.

I think this is a big problem with the NSS overall; the seller shipped, but did
not send the correct parts as ordered. I think this should come under a different
complaint to someone that didn't ship anything (or order never arrived).
It's easy for the seller to post an image/proof to show they shipped something
(which will cause the NSS to be removed), but it doesn't prove they shipped
the correct something! The buyer still might not have the items they paid for.

| This isn't a valid NSS. If a buyer ordered undetermined parts you can send
any variant.

I would also include a tracking link showing that the package was delivered.
