Wow, already done, that was fast - thanks!
I owe you actual pics, will do.
In fact...
The actual CD-Rom is 4124202-D, looks like the pic on OP.
This one comes from a brand new sealed 8483-1 Set.
But I've 1 CD-Rom which is 926957-D typed on, which looks like the Set box
you deleted, and is titled "Cyberlab 98".
I'm not sure where this CD is from. I'll check in our BrickStore file
if I had this one when I parted out the 8483.
In short, plot thickens, I'll find answers for you on tomorrow.

OK I've collected infos, but don't know to process, Inventorywise.
1) The current CD-Rom entry should be an EXTRA (926957 CD-Rom for Set
8483 (926.957-D)), as it was an extra CD I've read that was included circa
1998.
I'd better name it something like "CD-Rom Advertisement, Catalog, Minigames
for Set 8482-1/8483-1 (926957-x)" (where x is the Country)
2) An new NORMAL entry should be created maybe with bb0991 "CD-Rom
for Set 8482-1" (and maybe renamed as "CD-Rom for Set 8482-1/8483-1"
I'm not sure if an entry can be shift from normal to extra, or even if it's
desirable because it may cause strange effects in current shop inventories?
And will we keep bb0991 for the main, normal entry or create another ref?
According to Peeron, it was 4124201, but here I've 4124202, which probably
depends the CyberMaster Version...
I wouldn't use the printed number as the inventory ref.
I didn't have time to take pics on today, I'll do it tomorrow very probably.

Leave it to me.
Just one question...

What exactly is the source for this? It doesn't sound like you found that
CD-Rom yourself in the set. Do you have a link or something?
I have checked some used copies on Ebay and all of them only show the main CD-Rom.
