i had a 1st time byer by a set from me and after 2 months file a NSS report,
i was able to prove i shipped it. i have been trying to get it resolved now for
2 months(4 months from the order date) today it shows p in the mail with 2 Unclaimed
stickers on it and the shipping address is the same as his Brick link account,
no sooner did he File the NSS against me he has no longer communicated, i so
i move forward and try and resolve this with ot getting nagative feed back

If the order bounced back, simply fully refund and move on.
The NSS will be cancelled by the buyer/administration, and you may even get a
Positive FB!

Give the buyer refund and send proof of refund to BrickLink.
I don't think there's anything you can do to avoid negative feedback.
