Hi,
Doing the final preparations before it's time to open my store.
Trying of activating card payment with Stripe.

I have gone through the whole process and created an account and received email
confirmation that it is activated.

When I check the box for domestic payment on the settings page and hit save,
an error message pops up at the top and I'm back where I started again without
the box checked. (See picture)

What am I doing wrong?

Tried it but unfortunately no difference 😏

Try with no weird char, like accent ou punctuation?

But I guess it may compare to what it knows from (communicates with) Stripe?

So disable (or fine tune) ad blockers, no script, ghostery (for BrickLink), etc
- and if you're using Firefox, or the equivalent add ons on your browser?

Maybe also something (don't remember what I did when I activated it) that
you've to authorize first on Stripe, from Stripe?

Just to double check you tried including the note at the same time as you selected
the box and in the same line (just making sure just in case)

For one thing, that page is displaying a message concerning PayPal, not Stripe.

Did you make sure to set up the right payment method for editing and adding?

Point to me on the screenshot where it reads "Stripe". I'm not seeing
that therefore I'm not entirely convinced it's actually on the correct
payment method. If something that should be obviously there is not there I will
call attention to it.

I'm not at all familiar with BrickLink and in a way, that's a good thing.
If I expected to set up a Stripe payment I would want to see a line that stands
out and directs me immediately to where "Stripe" is on that page.

I'm just not seeing that, Nubs, can you explain in more detail? If you don't
have the time or inclination, don't worry. It's just that Stripe, to
me, is a separate payment method from a separate provider. If that's the
case, BrickLink pages having information about Stripe should properly reflect
that.

Every time I see something that blurs a line, I want to have it clarified, if
at all possible. It's my own nature to want clarity, I've no idea if
anyone else goes to this level, but it would bug me until I understood it properly.

Not trying to hate, just trying to sort this once and for all. My apologies if
this seems like rambling.

no worries
this picture is from the stripe connection thing. there are only 2 onsite payments
1 Paypal which is the box above and the second is stripe which is credit/debit/visa
which is this second one and is the only other one you can connect to bricklink
(hence the disconnect option beside it) (second picture is from my stripe connection
point)
