I have seen photos of a new set 956 but there were no extra 3743.

Why?

Because we don't want to muddy the data for the regular part (which is an
umbrella entry and includes all frosted variants). Take a look at all frosted
parts in inventories and they are all alternates.

Sealed set, and that goes for all the other extras in that set as well.
