Thanks for your thoughts, it was more the question of does it fit over a lego
minifig torso. I agree it LOOKS like it probably does. I'm going to order
it for a minifig and see if it fits!

I'm fairly sure every other similar minidoll hair and headgear fits standard
minifigure heads, so I don't see why not.
It's possible it wouldn't fit over a standard torso but it does at least
look like it would.
