Hello everyone,

I would like to refund a buyer because the shipping cost was a little less than
expected. As we're taxed on the final amount, I'd like this refund to
appear on my order so that I'm not taxed on an amount I didn't receive
in the end. I do see a "refund" column on the order page but I can't
enter anything in it and I can't change the shipping amount as the order
has already been paid. Do you know how to change this shipping amount so that
the final amount of my order is correct? Thank you in advance and happy holidays!

What was the payment method?

If PayPal or Strip on site, then you MUST see the refund button.

Otherwise, then simply Edit the order, set the order to NOT PAID, and try to
change the amount, and re-invoice?

All in all "I'm not taxed on an amount" (you mean BrickLink FEES,
not taxes?) is it SUCH a big problem, like 0.20€ maybe? In this case simply forget
it.

Thanks ! I edit it to "not paid" (didn't know we can do that after
it has been paid) and then I was able to change the shipping cost. It began to
drive me crazy :p

The thing is, if it's not an "on site" payment, BrickLink cannot
know if it's been paid or not.

In this case, buyer can pay you (like PayPal or IBAN/SEPA), set it Paid, but
for any (good) reason and agreeing with the buyer, you can change it to Not Paid,
again - because BrickLink doesn't know what happened in between you both.

you can find it on your order page in a box that looks like this
https://www.bricklink.com/orderDetail.asp?ID=XXXXXXXX (replace x with your order
number or navigate to https://www.bricklink.com/orderPlaced.asp and find your
order and this will appear in the spot you can see in the second picture). or
you should be able to see it on your Paypal account or if paid via stipe then
on your credit/debit card bill once it goes thru

Si c'est remboursé après un paiement sur site "on site", comme PayPal
ou Stripe on site, alors tu dois le voir dans ta commande.

ou Stripe on site, alors tu dois le voir dans ta commande.

Comme ici (une commande chez nous, comme exemple) :

Ou peut-être que le vendeur a « remboursé » avant l’envoi en modifiant le total ? 
P.ex. en mettant la différence dans la case Credit.
