Has anyone else been seeing their order statuses randomly changing lately? I've
noticed around 10 orders over the last two days have their status randomly reset
from "Shipped" "ready", payment status changing, and others.

I've never encountered this problem.
Of course, assuming you NEVER use the F5/Refresh when you've change something
on a form page (in this case that could make problems).
