| I don’t think it’s official lego printed. Might be custom printed on real lego
or fully custom parts

It doesn't look genuine to me. See the nick on the lower arm? Also the neck
and the hands look wrong.

It just looks wrong to me. Maybe I have a knack for this sort of thing, but it
just looks too thick maybe? Or maybe the top isn't rounded off enough?

The official LEGO label is on both parts.

Yes, that is because it was custom printed on LEGO parts.
You can tell it is custom printed, as the print goes all the way up to the edges
of the torso so that it is continuous across the torso and hips. LEGO does not
do that. Their printing method always leaves a gap.
