| Is it possible to sell groups of parts, for example 10 heads of minifigs,
or 10 pieces of an unusual color? Not sure how to put something like that on
inventory or if there would be demand for something like that.

Yes; when you upload the part (or have it uploaded) set chosen amount under "Bulk".
E.g when "10", a buyer can only purchase 10 or more of that specifik
part.
