We're connecting the award-winning LEGO® Customer Service Team to BrickLink's
Help Desk!
Why are we doing this?
To improve BrickLink customer support with a common LEGO customer support platform.
What will change?
More help desk agents across multiple time-zones will be available to lend a
hand! Attachments (e.g. screenshots, XML files, Studio files) will be handled
via secured email. Help pages will be updated for compatibility with the LEGO
customer support platform and simplified.

Good news, probably?
But then, should I reopen my tickets not solved simply marked Closed?
A techn rep wrote me that "Closed" doesn't mean anything (like solved
or abandonned), but just they close them.
Still, no reply and no change.

We will still have the record of the old tickets in the old system. They are
not disappearing.

But I just checked, and if I'm not mistaken - I can't see my tickets
in the helpdesk anymore? Oh that's terrible.
The last one I remember is still our Shop not receiving ANY mail from mailchimp
whatever, for 4 years now.
I receive them (but as a buyer) with a test account, it's not a problem here.
But nothing regarding the Shop.
