| Hi all,
This is a new one for me. I paid for an expensive set, and then got told to
wait for a shipping quote. This was over a week ago and I got one response via
messages saying they were busy.
Now their account has numerous complaints about being a scammer and not sending
items.
Is my next step to report and request a refund?

| If they have already been suspended, I'm not sure if someone will just refund
you. I think I'd start a complaint with paypal

| You invoice is supposed include the cost of shipping. Get the shipping quote
before you pay for the order.
Submit a NRS non-responsive seller report immediately.
Initiate a paypal complaint immediately to get your money back.
Identify the scam seller so other people can avoid the situation.

Yes, this - although I'm not sure an NSS wouldn't be appropriate instead
of an NRS (NRS is when the seller doesn't invoice, happens before payment).
