We have been selling to the EU with OSS since they implemented it, however after
recently changing the VAT ID and organization, I also changed it on BL. It seems
like, even if in our settings the VAT ID is verified, and OSS is enabled, people
are not able to place orders from the EU.

to see if anyone here knows why this is happening, and a way to solve it.

Hi, just to confirm that, indeed, from the message I get visiting your store,
EU buyers are blocked from buying in your store by BL’s “Distance Selling” mechanism.
