Can someone help me ID this head? It is similar to 3626bpb0637 but it is single
sided only with a hollow stud. Thanks

Can you post a photo from the top showing the stud?

Also seems the print is offcentered

For me this is not a LEGO part. The stud is too thick and the color is too bright.

I'd have to agree with Nicolas. This could be confirmed by looking if it
says "LEGO" at the stud on the top.
