Buying Privileges - OK
I would like to propose the option that a buyer can register his/her VAT number
(EU) in order to get invoices without VAT. Easier to deal with the paperwork
and saves time for the seller to send an invoice without VAT.

YES YES!

But the problem is some Shops do NOT care of Regulations/Laws and won't propose
invoices without VAT.

So we'd need an option, like the Weight in the Cart one, for shops that don't
want to propose this service, etc.
