Sometimes parts are included in a set that are not used in any of the models,
but they do always come with the set and are included for additional play value.
In these cases, BrickLink defines these as Regular Items for inventory purposes.

appeared as an extra part in any other set, so it is highly unlikely that one
of them was an extra here. They are all assumed to be included in the official
part count on the box, so are thus considered Regular Items for inventory purposes.

One thing that is strange is that the official LEGO inventory data contains a
single white 3002. Unfortunately, I couldn't find sealed set evidence of
this, so I have not added that part to the inventory.
Without further evidence from a sealed set, the rest of the inventory will remain
unchanged for now.
