It has been a couple of months since I last logged in. I just happened to try
to login the day after the shutdown. Unfortunately, my email address/password
didn't work. I tried doing a password reset, and it said my email address
was invalid. I had changed my email about a year or so ago, so I tried the original
email address. No go. I filed a help ticket, but it has been sitting in the
'Waiting for Agent' state for days, and I've had no email traffic
on it at all.
I finally logged in with this mostly unused secondary account to post here on
the forum. Is this a result of the attack last week? How do I get my real account
back?
The BL tech team probably has a huge number of requests just like yours due to
everyone being required to change their passwords, so it might be quite a while.
