Did this ever come assembled? I only ask because its inclusion in the catalog
as an assembly implies it did.
If not maybe it it hard to disassemble?

It did come assembled for display purposes. I've never had the part, so
I can't speak to the ease of disassembly.
I was hoping we could either attach it to the sets in which it came or mark it
for deletion.

It did come assembled for display purposes. I've never had the part, so

As it was pre-assembled in these sets please resubmit requests to include it
in the main section of the inventories and remove the individual parts.
An inventory for it would also be ideal and appreciated if you fancy the task...

All these items came always assembled. Also in closed boxes without display window:
oven, cabinet with door or drawers, sink...
Just like the Building with People Maxifigures always came assembled as head,
brick, arms and hands.
Never like this
