* Delete 13 Part 3005 Trans-Clear Brick 1 x 1
* Add 17 Part 3065 Trans-Clear Brick 1 x 2 without Bottom Tube
* Delete 4 Part 3004 Trans-Clear Brick 1 x 2
Comments from Submitter:
I recently purchased a copy of this set, including the box. The trans-clear parts seen on the model on the front of the box are all 3065 with old logo not the 3005 or small amount of 3004 included in the current inventory. Intend on submitting box images to it's respective entry.

Uploaded an image of the box now, shows the reference clearly.

This inventory was submitted in 2003. Source is unknown, but (except for the
700eX) it's an exact copy of the Peeron Inventory which is based on an MISB
set and submitted by a well known vintage LEGO collector in 2005 and updated
and verified by another well known vintage collector in 2007.
Unfortunately Peeron doesn't show the updates and in my experience Peeron
also doesn't always show the correct variants of a part. Peeron also shows
an image of a sealed set contents with a lot of white bricks, which are not in
the inventory.
There's no instruction and no known piece count of this set. I have this
set myself, but like yours it was not sealed when I bought it. My set contents
doesn't exactly match the current inventory, but it also doesn't match
your change request to delete the 1 x 1 bricks and increase the quantity of the
1 x 2 bricks.
Yet, you only submitted a change request to change the trans clear ones.
According to the Collector's Guide this set was only produced in 1966, so
for Samsonite sets 3065 instead of 3004 could be correct.
Based on all this said above, I can't approve the changes of parts and quantities.
PS
Box images are not reliable sources for a set inventory. Besides, if it was,
there's no way you can tell if the trans clear bricks shown on the box are
1x1, 1x2 or 2x2 bricks.
The box says the set is for ages 4 to 10. I wonder how many children were able
to build the car shown on the front, just by looking at that image.
Once I have time I will try (again) to build this car. Maybe you could do the
same?!
