I am unable to update inventory in any browser (FF or Brave). I can update, but
when I submit I do not get the normal green banner stating that inventory was
updated.

Works fine over here, (firefox)

Don't keep spamming it. verify it is not adding to your inventory before
trying to do it again.

I've been able to update my inventories fine (Google Chrome), however I am
getting the same 403 (Forbidden) page when trying to send an invoice.

Works fine here with Chrome, I cannot save the changes in my store terms though.

I have had to resort to doing a mass update via xml. That worked, but the UI
still has 403 errors.
