Coule someone please explain the difference between these 2 parts? The descriptions'
difference is 'grid small pattern' vs 'grid large pattern'. I
have 3 tiles with these patterns in my possession, and I have no idea which one(s)
they are! The pictures in the Bricklink catalog look pretty much the same to
me. What am I missing? Thanks in advance for your response!

To me, it looks as if the white edge around the outside is thinner in the "large"
version. That would mean you have

Part No: 4150pb026 Name: Tile, Round 2 x 2 with Black Grid Small Pattern
*
4150pb026 Tile, Round 2 x 2 with Black Grid Small Pattern
Parts: Tile, Round, Decorated

But don't take my word for it, there are more specialized specialists out
there than me.

Also, question to those specialists: Is that really a difference that warrants
a separate catalogue entry?
Greetings,
Patrick

The most curious thing is that 4150pb026 is only in one inventory and it is an
alternate to 4150p01. Someone thought that was important 9 years ago. If it
is just as it appears, I do not think there should be both listings. Just the
thickness of a print is a different factory or mis-calibrated machine thing.

But I wonder if one of them could have had its picture replaced by accident with
a picture of the other. All of these sets came out before Bricklink, so they
were all inventoried as catch up work. There could be one with more or less
grid and it wasn't noticed at the time.

Here is Mark Favreau's comparison. It is just the size of the circle.

I would bet they made one and then the other, but you'd have to check the
16 sets to prove it and I'm not going to work on it.
