I often search for parts for minifigures. Something I think would be extremely
beneficial and make searching a lot simpler and quicker would be the option to
exclude something.

For example, if I'm looking for a female head, but I know I don't want
lipstick, it would be cool if I could exclude all search results that include
"lipstick". Or when I'm looking for a male part (which often aren't
marked as such), being able to exclude "female" would reduce the amount
of search results I have to scroll past.

add a - hyphen before the search term.

And note that “lipstick” is not a good example as there’s only two heads with
this term in their descriptions and only one also has “female”

There is also this help page (found if you search for 'exclude' in help)
with some other tips for searching.
