It would be great to have automated order status reminders "don't forget
to mark your order as received / completed / ..." and feedback reminders
"don't forget to leave feedback".

No, it's rather towards the buyers : they receive orders but do not always
mark them as received, completed, ... and one out of four doesn't provide
feedback. That's a sad thing as BL depends on reliability. A small reminder
(by BL) to the buyer might increase all these things.
Please, go see the page I linked: the notifications are in the BUYING section.
Buyers ARE notified.
And, actually, even if you deactivate these notifications, they still appear
in some pages (XP…)
Note: the Settings says it’s about the Classic My Actions page but they actually
also show on and in the “My BL” menu (on = green or blue dot, in = new menu
entries).

Okay... but does it trigger a mail message towards the buyer ?
I cannot remember ever have had a mail coming from BL for one of these events.

Nope.
And thankfully so: we get enough useless e-mails and bumps and whistles from
everybody
Besides, when should the e-mails be sent? Only the buyer knows when the order
is complete. Do you want an e-mail be sent every day / week / month from the
moment it was marked shipped?

I'd prefer a reminder "Don't forget to never bother people who's
buying in your Shop"

+1
I have never used the Thank You, Drive Thru message. And I rarely send shipping
notifications thru Paypal or PirateShip. I just concentrate on doing a good
job as a seller. If buyers choose to leave feedback, that's great, but if
not I don't waste time and energy thinking about it.
The best form of feedback is Another BL order! YAY.

That's all folks

Buyers are welcome to leave feedback and update their order status, but they
are not required to do so. So, there's no need to pester them.
Hi or maybe add the solution of the order is listed to received or complete past
2month add a automatic bricklink feed back to positive ??
This will be helpfull for all the seller for sure.

No.
Not leaving a feedback may be deliberate on the buyer’s part: the transaction
wasn’t good enough for a Positive but not bad enough for a Neutral.
(Sellers are complaining enough that Neutral would actually be “Mild Negative”
not to confuse No-Feedback and Neutral.)
This will be helpfull for all the seller for sure.

Besides, the main complaint is that buyers don’t change the status to Received
or Complete to start with.

If you are worried that the order is lingering in your My Orders list, you can
always File it.
I would have to disagree with the automatic feedback. It would dilute the accuracy
of our system and take agency away from our buyers.
I know feedback seems really important when you are new to selling, but once
you have enough to show what you are doing, the quantity you receive is less
important. Good inventory, good service, and clear and professional terms will
carry you much further.
Good luck,
~Jen

The system we have now isn't accurate either because the feedback percentage
is calculated on a lifetime basis and neutrals are counted the same as negatives.
What relevance does feedback from 2, 5 or even 10 years ago have for today?

Neutrals aren't counted as praise because they aren't praise.

Indeed, positives from long ago should be wiped out in any recent score calculation
and not be allowed to help lessen the influence of recent non-positive feedback.
But then, a buyer can always look at the raw data presented to check whatever
time frame they want. And surely that is the point of having all the feedback
count towards a score. Any non-positives are highlighted in the percentage praise
as a warning for a buyer to check, then they can decide whether it is important
to them or not.
The downside of not counting old feedback is that a poor store can take a break,
get a few good sales and be 100% again and the buyer is not warned to check feedback.
