| I think they are all required to have something like this, doubt anyone reads
it all.

Yes, and they have rules that makes that if someone finds something wrong in
your store, they can report you (logical so far) and can get compensated for
it.
So there’s “organisms” in Germany that do only that.

Skimmed one once, and then saw that the second and third ones were about the
same and then skip them all 
I’d note that this one is clearly disposed AND has an English translation (which
may make it seem longer to some but again, I find it clearer here than in some
other stores).

| Even when the conditions are a lot to read, that is nothing to be scared of as
a customer. 
Every German store must make the General Terms and Conditions available to the
customer. Everything is regulated there (how the purchase contract comes about,
what rights and obligations both parties have, right of return, data protection,
etc.).
In Germany, pretty much everything is regulated.

In EU, pretty much everything is regulated… but in Germany, the rules
are both followed and enforced
