| Genuine LEGO torso. Can't seem to locate on the catalog tree. Any ideas?

I think it's a custom print. Hardly any torsos with printed arms.

Lego has made millions of mini figures and if they only printed on 280 arms
then that is a Huge difference and I have at least 50 of those arms on 25 figs
so that only leaves 230 for everybody else.
