| Why is there not someone one can contact to complain about vendors not leaving
feedback? They expect it of purchasers! I also have one vendor who hasn't
even changed the detail for our exchange from "paid"! I want to get these
moved off, so can someone just speak to me?

Sorry you are not seeing people properly leave feedback and change terms. All
things aside, some people here are very good about changing status, leaving feedback,
and solving issues. Others, and there are MANY, don’t seem interested in those
updates and pushing them to do so doesn’t help.
Most of us long time BL’ers have learned to be happy with those that leave feedback
etc, Nile others don’t. What’s most important is that sellers and buyers are
happy with what they buy and receive, even if feedback isn’t left.

You can contact the Help Desk here: https://www.bricklink.com/v3/help/contact.page
or here: https://helpdesk.bricklink.com/Main/ (you need to re-register with the
same address as on the main site).
The second site allows to follow your tickets (even if opened the other way).
(Note that the tickets are shown as “closed” as soon as they get an answer.
That doesn’t mean they are closed / dismissed / rejected / …. It’s just how
the UI works.)
They won’t give you feedback or force the seller to give you feedback but they
may help with changing the status if you assure them the order is “complete”
for you.
Or you may simply just file the orders and forget about them

But Kaje07 is a buyer-only and is talking about SELLERS (vendors) not doing their
job (while still expecting the buyers to give feedback).

I can't speak about not updating the status of the order - have you received
it? Has it shipped? If not you might be able to start an NSS - but as far as
feedback is concerned, when buying on BrickLink I don't leave feedback unless/until
the seller does. When selling I leave once I ship the order.

times I complain to the BL forum. It's all really the same.

"Leaving feedback is actually quite time consuming and if anything I would
prefer to be able to have this automated like I have on ebay"
I have brickfreedom set up to leave feedback automatically.

Don't worry about it. Remember you bought LEGO, not feedback.
Your feedback score as a buyer is high enough. If the LEGO arrived as expected,
there is not really problem.

With the "paid" status, did you have a payment that needed to be paid
onsite? If an order needs to be paid onsite, there will be a button on the order
where you have to click it and you will be asked to pay with your PayPal account
through there. If you are having issues linking the correct PayPal account, filing
a request with the Help Desk might help you sort that out. In some cases, you
have to remove whatever PayPal address BrickLink associated your account with,
and link the account you want to use for onsite payment.
If you receive an order that should be paid for onsite, and you do not pay onsite,
then the seller has not received your payment properly.
If a seller has a PayPal address and you use that address instead of paying onsite
when you have to pay for an onsite order, then you need to have that payment
retracted and go and pay them onsite through the link on the order.
Because BrickLink has to collect taxes when an order has to be paid onsite, not
doing so is considered tax evasion. It is a legal requirement that must be fulfilled
because BrickLink is now a marketplace and is responsible for collection and
remittance of taxes whenever taxes are applicable.
