I purchased 60393-1 Fire rescue to part it out. I built the Minifig and tried
to identify it, but there is no exact match.

Should I just part it out? How do you all handle uncatalogued minifigs?

It will eventually get added to the inventory. If it were old and uncatalogued,
you can submit an inventory request in the reference catalog.
