| Hello how can I change the feedback flag of an order from red to green, after
having the refund for a damaged part? TY

Can't "change" or alter, but you can remove and post new feedback.
First (using the link provided by Randy) remove unwanted feedback. Only then
are you able to post new feedback for the transaction.
